A small outfit with a narrow list
We service Wolf ranges, ovens, cooktops and range hoods in Kirkland. That is the entire list. No dishwashers, no laundry, no dispatch board sending whoever happens to be free.
The advantage of a narrow list is pattern recognition. When someone describes a burner that clicks but will not catch, or an oven that reads 350°F and bakes like 300°F, we have usually seen that exact failure on that exact model family — often on the same street.

How a visit actually runs

Read us the rating plate
On a Wolf range it is on the bottom edge of the control panel at the far right, seen with the oven door open. The model plus what the range is doing usually narrows the fault before anyone sets off.

Measured at the range
Ignition circuit, the gas reaching the burners and, for an oven, the sensor against an independent thermometer. The finding is a reading you can see, not a category.

A price, then a decision
Parts and labour arrive as a single number. Say yes, say no or sleep on it — stopping there costs the $89 service call and nothing more.

Run up in front of you
Burners are lit one by one and the oven is brought to temperature again after the repair, with the same readings taken a second time before we pack up.
What drives the number
A flat $89 pays for the visit and the whole diagnosis; approve the repair and that $89 comes off its price.
After that it is parts and labour, quoted as one figure and agreed before a panel comes off. Each kind of repair sits in a band rather than at a single price, because the part revision your serial number takes and the amount of the assembly that has to come out both move it.
